What does the customers say?

Materials are ordered for a specific location on the floors, and waste is subsequently removed. All handled by SiteHub. No waste of time for the workers who only have to concentrate on arranging materials on time and building

Thank you for the collaboration, SiteHub - it works super well on the construction site in Bredgade in the heart of Copenhagen
Jesper Jensen
Chairman
Madsen & Kastberg A / S

In the construction industry, we have for years seen how construction site logistics were a big part of the problem. Both in terms of sustainability, productivity and the atmosphere on the construction site. Refreshing to see when the solution just nails it. Well done, Ulrik Branner and the entire SiteHub team.
Hugo Dorph

With SiteHub as a partner on the project, we have achieved 10 percent more installation hours for the same amount - and we can also see a 10 percent reduction in waste on site.

What is SiteHub

LOGISTICS
LOGISTICS MANAGER ON SITE
SiteHub ensures that materials are delivered, WHERE they are to be used and WHEN they are to be used.
SiteHub provides a tidy construction site.
SiteHub offers the following services:
- Unpacking
- Cleaning
- Waste optimization
- Measurable increased recycling
- Returned materials handling
- Coordination of waste and recycling
HUB
NEARBY STORAGE FACILITY
Construction sites in big cities are struggling to a large extent with a lack of space and storage options. Via local storage facilities (hubs), SiteHub ensures optimal storage conditions for your materials.
It also allows for larger purchases - e.g. if you need to secure delivery times with purchases well in advance.
In addition, there is the opportunity to support recycling and resale of recycled materials where storage is needed.
SOFTWARE
SOFTWARE PLATFORM
SiteHub's platform makes it possible to coordinate and register all deliveries, transports and materials that come to and from the construction site.
Through integrations, it is ensured that the project can continue in existing systems and at the same time live up to the increasing requirements for documentation and reporting from certification schemes such as DGNB and the Nordic Ecolabel.
SiteHub's digital platform and modules
BOOKING
SiteHub's platform coordinates logistics to and from the construction site. Booking of deliveries to final location. Documentation upon receipt. The platform ensures an efficient material flow, which reduces transport, waiting time and incorrect deliveries.
INTEGRATIONS
SiteHub's integration platform links the contractor, carrier and distributor with the construction site.
DATA
SiteHub collects data in dashboards and provides separate analyses on transport, CO2 emissions, deliveries, materials, locations, recycling, waste, etc., including:
1. Sustainability data
2. As-built documentation
3. Baseline and tracking
4. Efficiency data
5. CO2 accounting
6. ...

UP / RECYCLING
SiteHub supports the ability to up-cycle and reuse surplus materials by digitally documenting and registering the materials in order to prepare for sale on existing online marketplaces.
In combination with physical hubs, it will be possible to ensure optimal storage of the materials in connection with a resale.

Documentation is crucial for sustainable construction
"There are no workers on site who have chosen their profession to end up as accountants "
Documentation and data are the core of sustainable construction. With the launch of the Voluntary Sustainability Class (Den Frivillige Bæredygtighedsklasse) in Denmark, there has been a push to ensure documentation of the construction process, the content and the quality of the finished buildings.
SiteHub registers and documents all deliveries and transports to the construction site - as well as their final location on site.
In addition, SiteHub is working to get closer to being able to calculate CO2 consumption per transport.
SiteHub blog
