Documentation and data are at the core of sustainable construction. The launch of the Voluntary Sustainability Class, (Den Frivillige Bæredygtighedsklasse) in Denmark generated a push to ensure documentation of the construction process, the content and the quality of the finished buildings.

SiteHub makes a concrete contribution to DGNB

Documentation is one of the biggest challenges for sustainable construction in an industry that is still characterized by analog processes and the absence of integrated systems.

It is currently the assessment that less than half of Denmark's construction sites can meet the requirements of the Voluntary Sustainability Class when it is expected to become mandatory in 2023.

It is a comprehensive manual process to map which actors / platforms contain which documentation - and subsequently to contact them to either access the necessary documentation or have it sent to you.

SiteHub's platform can make it possible to collect the documentation automatically. Here, materials from all deliveries and transports to the construction site as well as their final location are registered and documented.

SiteHub is a member of Green Building Council Denmark and is happy to advise on the possibilities of meeting the many requirements for documentation in resp. DGNB, the Nordic Ecolabel and the Voluntary Sustainability Class.  â€‹
